II. What we collect

Two things. Nothing more.

Email address
When you submit the early-access form on the home page, we store your email address. We use it to send you product updates. You can withdraw at any time by emailing info@mimotica.com.
Server access logs
Our web server automatically records standard access log entries: IP address, timestamp, page requested, HTTP status code, and browser/OS string. We need these logs to keep the site running and to detect abuse.
III. What we do not collect

No cookies. No tracking. No profiling.

We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics platforms. We do not build profiles. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing. We do not use your data for automated decision-making.

The only external service this site loads is Google Fonts (Inter typeface). Google's servers receive your IP address when the font files are fetched. You can review Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

IV. Retention

How long we keep it.

Email address
Until you withdraw consent, or until we close the early-access list — whichever comes first. We will not retain your email after either event.
Server access logs
Rolling 90-day retention. Logs older than 90 days are deleted automatically.
V. Your rights

You are in control.

You can ask us to show you what data we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. You can also ask for a copy in a portable format, or withdraw your consent for email updates at any time. Email info@mimotica.com — we will respond within one month.

VI. Complaints

Something not right?

Email info@mimotica.com and we will sort it out. If you feel we have not addressed your concern, you can escalate to the Dutch data protection authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

We would prefer you contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly.
